IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION - please read very carefully

A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for your order.
Your venison will arrive vacuum-packed ready to cook or freeze, with a shelf-life of between 5-14 days.
Please remember when ordering that we cannot supply to the exact ounce, so it would be appreciated if you could quote a maximum and minimum to ensure we fulfil your order as best we can.
It is crucial that someone is in to receive your order as we send the venison by overnight carrier, guaranteed next day delivery by 12 noon and a signature is required upon receipt.
We despatch Tuesdays-Thursdays inclusive.
The delivery charge is £12.50, free on orders over £120.00.
If an alternative despatch date is required, this charge is variable - please contact us to enquire.
Please advise us by 1 pm on your stated delivery date if your venison has not arrived, as we will assume it has arrived safely if nothing heard.
PAYMENT DETAILS - We require payment with your order please, either by cheque or a debit/credit card.
BY CHEQUE: (please make payable to N Wesley & Son) It will not be possible for us to know how much your order is until we get it ready, therefore if you would like to cross your cheque endorsed with an upper limit, e.g. "Not to exceed £50.00" we will then fill in the exact amount. If we have any queries, we will contact you.
BY CARD: Please ensure you have filled in all your details in the section above, and we will charge your card upon despatch.
         

Our order form and price list gives a selection of what we offer. We are happy to cater to your individual requirements but would need plenty of notice. These prices are correct at time of going to press. Fen Farm Venison reserves the right to review them at any time.
